The story is a dynamic and engaging portrait of Rachel Flowers, a young musician/composer and Oxnard resident. All films will be screened in the main auditorium of the Oxnard Performing Arts Center, September 20-22, 2019. Nadezha Kalinina’s (Mariinsky Theatre, Omsk Theatre, Teatro Lirico) choreography is brought to life in all of its whimsical grandeur.
