Feds Urged To Investigate DNC For Suppressing Hunter Laptop Scandal

The Democratic National Committee is facing a request pending before the Federal Election Commission for a formal investigation into its decision to suppress the Hunter Biden laptop scandal.

That computer, abandoned by Hunted Biden at a repair shop, has delivered details on a multitude of Biden family scandals, scandals that the House continues investigating. Among the subjects are possible criminal influence peddling, bribes apparently paid to the family, schemes that involved business ventures with America’s enemies and more.

There was accurate reporting on the discoveries in the laptop during the 2020 presidential election runup, but it was suppressed by multiple media outlets. Federal officials claimed, falsely, that it was Russian disinformation, and even the FBI issue a warning to media outlets to keep quiet about it.

Now the Washington Examiner reports that America First Legal, headed by former President Donald Trump’s senior adviser, Stephen Miller, has filed a complaint at the FEC against Joe Biden For President, The Biden Victory Fund, the Biden Action Fund and the DNC.

It’s because their alleged attempts to downplay the reporting on the scandal.

A poll after the election, in fact, found that had those laptop-revealed scandals been widely reported, enough voters would have withheld their votes from Joe Biden that he would have lost the election.

“The Federal Election Commission’s charge includes election integrity. Americans have the right to know who is coordinating with federal candidates. But this right is only as effective as the agency that enforces it,” Reed D. Rubinstein, an AFL spokesman told the Examiner.

The case accuses the Biden organizations of “failing to disclose the campaign’s role” in the agenda.

For example, that “Letter of 51” former intelligence officials claiming it was Russian disinformation was intended to dispel evidence of political corruption and influence peddling found on the first son’s personal laptop.

“The complaint alleges that then-senior Biden campaign adviser and now-Secretary of State Antony Blinken emailed former CIA acting Director Michael Morell twice on Oct. 17, 2020, to discuss the laptop story, according to Morell’s March 23 testimony before the House Judiciary and Intelligence Committees in Congress,” the report documents.

Morell was acting CIA director under Barack Obama and said that before his contact with Blinken, he had no intention to write the Oct. 19 laptop letter asserting the information detailed in the New York Post’s reporting was likely a Russian disinformation campaign, the report said.

And he said ultimately the letter was assembled to help Biden and hurt Trump.

The AFL charged that the statement was “a coordinated political operation to help elect Vice President Biden in the 2020 presidential election…”

Members of Congress wrote to Blinken weeks ago demanding answers from him about the creation of that letter signed by ex-intelligence officers.

Witnesses also have confirmed that the same FBI officers who warned media companies against publicizing details about the laptop already knew, in fact, it was Hunter Biden’s.
