Oxnard Police Department – Incident Press Release
On December 23rd at 7 AM an officer from the Oxnard Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a vehicle code violation; the vehicle yielded in the 1200 block of Hibiscus. During the contact with the driver, the officer observed a firearm inside the vehicle. The firearm was found to be a loaded 9mm firearm. The driver, Najar, was arrested for possessing a loaded firearm.
