Camarillo, Calif.–Employment law firm LightGabler is presenting a free webinar, “33 Non-COVID Leave of Absence Scenarios and How to Handle Them.” The webinar will be held Tuesday, July 28.
In this informative seminar for employers, supervisors and human resource professionals, employment law attorney Jonathan Fraser Light will discuss 33 examples of employee leaves of absence, drawn from real life experiences. Participants will learn effective ways to deal with abuse of leave, benefits distribution during leaves, what should be included in leave policies and the unknown trouble areas in leave administration.
The presentation will also address the application of the ADA and related state law as they interact with other state and federal leave laws.
The webinar will be from 10:30 a.m. to noon.
