The Road to Tyranny by Don Jans

HR1: For The People Act of  2021?

    by Naomi Fisher

Sponsored by Representative John P. Sarbanes, MD. He introduced it into the House with Nancy Pelosi and Ms. Lofgren on January 4, 2021.  Quote: On “03/03/2021-11:05pm On passage: Passed by the Yeas and Nays: 220 – 210”.

This 800 page document is going to take time to read through, understand and write an article explaining all of its nuances.

Therefore, I shall do it in installments as I finish each section.

I have browsed through Titles I-X but was stopped cold by Section3 of Title X.  It is important I give you what I read immediately. The below link is to a direct copy taken from the bill itself.

In the following paragraphs you will see where: “1. The Supreme Court has affirmed that the substantive scope of the Elections Clause is broad…, Congress has plenary and paramount jurisdiction over the whole subject of congressional elections…” and further down “…Congress finds that its authority and responsibility to enforce the Guarantee Clause is particularly strong given that Federal courts have not enforced this clause because they understood that its enforcement is committed to Congress by the Constitution….”

In the below paragraphs it is made clear that by interpreting the “broad” scope of our Constitution, Congress has just given itself COMPLETE CONTROL OVER CONGRESSIONAL ELECTIONS!

I personally believe this is in direct violation of our Constitution. It’s the old time-worn “Bait and Switch” Scam. On the surface it sound great that Congress will make sure everything is legal, all finances revealed, ballot integrity intact, etc., but in doing so grants itself unlimited power in its own elections.

In my opinion, from what I have read so far, I am afraid that this HR 1 Bill ensures that in the near future we will become a police state just like Australia has fallen into and New Zealand not far behind.

I personally wonder if a big part of the blame could lie at the New England States feet? States that have never relinquished their dedication to the British Financial Firms which take priority over the Constitution of the United State of America and the freedoms of the U.S. people. From the information below, the evidence is inherently written and leads me to wonder who in the British Banks helped write this bill.

    Full Bill:
    Specific Text:
Title X. Sec. 3. Findings of General Constitutional Authority
Congress finds that the Constitution of the United States grants explicit and broad authority to protect the right to vote, to regulate elections for Federal office, and to defend the Nation’s democratic process. Congress enacts the For the People Act of 2021 pursuant to this broad authority, including but not limited to the following:

(1)Congress finds that it has broad authority to regulate the time, place, and manner of congressional elections under the Elections Clause of the Constitution, article I, section 4, clause 1. The Supreme Court has affirmed that the substantive scope of the Elections Clause is broad; that Times, Places, and Manner are comprehensive words which embrace authority to provide for a complete code for congressional elections; and [t]he power of Congress over the Times, Places and Manner of congressional elections is paramount, and may be exercised at any time, and to any extent which it deems expedient; and so far as it is exercised, and no farther, the regulations effected supersede those of the State which are inconsistent therewith. Arizona v. Inter Tribal Council of Arizona, 570 U.S. 1, 8–9 (2013) (internal quotation marks and citations omitted). Indeed, Congress has plenary and paramount jurisdiction over the whole subject of congressional elections, Ex parte Siebold, 100 U.S. (10 Otto) 371, 388 (1879), and this power may be exercised as and when Congress sees fit, and so far as it extends and conflicts with the regulations of the State, necessarily supersedes them. Id. At 384. Among other things, Congress finds that the Elections Clause was intended to vindicate the people’s right to equality of representation in the House. Wesberry v. Sanders, 376 U.S. 1, 16 (1964).
(2)Congress also finds that it has both the authority and responsibility, as the legislative body for the United States, to fulfill the promise of article IV, section 4, of the Constitution, which states: The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government[.]. Congress finds that its authority and responsibility to enforce the Guarantee Clause is particularly strong given that Federal courts have not enforced this clause because they understood that its enforcement is committed to Congress by the Constitution.
    (3) (A)Congress also finds that it has broad authority pursuant to section 5 of the Fourteenth Amendment to legislate to enforce the provisions of the Fourteenth Amendment, including its protections of the right to vote and the democratic process.

If anyone doubts Washington, D.C. has a legitimacy crisis, HR 1 should make it clear now.

But even with this, Washintgon, D.C. cannot threaten America without states’ consent. Certain states will stay in lock-step with D.C.; most are in a position to constitutionally nullify and be ‘America within another nation.’

America will be kept or lost at the LOCAL level, or not at all.

This legislation is nothing more, than to ensure a one party system (for the Dems) in our country…just like China. It is filled with regulations that guarantee illegal votes will be encouraged, harvested and counted. It’s actions like this, that will ruin the country, we grew up in. Dan Bongino and Ben Shapiro (who I encourage you listen to their podcasts) have explained extensively, how this will eliminate a fair and legal voting system.

It is somewhat SOP in Govt to have the title of a Bill or Dept be the polar opposite of what they are perceived to be about.

You can see this heinous miscarriage of justice for the American People headed in from oh.. somewhere in the vicinity of Capitol Hill.

Thank you for disclosing this by taking the time to write about it in the manner which you have.
