    Live! The Nutcracker Ballet
Added to “Holidays In Your Car”
    at Ventura Co. Fairgrounds
Ventura County Ballet Continues the Beloved HolidayTradition

(Ventura, CA)- – CBF Productions is adding another family entertainment option to the Holidays In Your Car lineup at the Ventura County Fairgrounds.

Already scheduled and running from November 22 to January 2 is an immersive, drive-thru, Holiday Lights Spectacular, with a live, Christmas themed stage show, Santa Saves Christmas, on Saturday, December 19.

Now Holidays in Your Car is welcoming more holiday cheer to their outdoor stage with a live performance of The Nutcracker on Saturday, December 12.  A beloved tradition for many families, the holiday classic will be performed by the Ventura County Ballet, with both world-class professional dancers and local talent.  The lead roles will be performed by Elizaveta “Leeza” Domrachev of Ballet Academy Ventura, who has danced with Russia’s prestigious Perm State Ballet, and Jack Stewart, who has danced globally with State Street Ballet.  They will be joined by a number of other professional dancers and 50 highly talented local dance students.

One of only a handful of outdoor Nutcrackers in the U.S., there are two performances scheduled for December 12, at 5pm and 8pm, at the Ventura County Fairgrounds.  Ticket prices start at $99.00 per car.The combination of an extra high, theatre-in-the-round style, four-sided stage and four over-sized screens ensures that every seat is the best seat in the house.  The events are designed to comply with CDC and State Guidelines and sound is distributed to attendees via their car radios. Tickets are sold in advance and online only.  Each ticket is valid for one car, and the number of passengers must not exceed the number of safety belts/seats in the vehicle.

The Holiday Lights Spectacular runs from November 22 – January 2 and invites families to buckle up and make lasting memories from the comfort and safety of their own vehicles.  With headlights turned off, attendees will drive through an enchanting mile-and-a-half display of over one million dazzling LED lights, accompanied by uplifting holiday music.  Awe-inspiring holograms, laser light shows and impressive multi-colored projections casting festive images of the season onto sets – some standing over 40 feet tall – will all contribute to an unforgettable experience celebrating the most magical time of the year!

The Santa Saves Christmas live show is produced by the creators behind Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer:  The Musical and The Price is Right Live, and promises to deliver holiday cheer, snowy surprises and dazzling performers.  Two performances are scheduled for 4:30 and 7:30 pm on Saturday, December 19 at the Ventura County Fairgrounds.
