Camarillo, Calif.— Studio Channel Islands Art Center (SCIART) will host an opening reception for “Light and Space Through Time, The Art of Karrie Ross,” Saturday, Aug. 3 from 4 to 6 p.m., at its Blackboard Gallery, 2222 E. Ventura Blvd., Camarillo.
Karrie Ross is an award-winning Los Angeles-based contemporary artist known for her innovative use of a variety of mediums in her art, including pen, watercolor, wire, and collage. With over 40 years of experience, Ross’s work has been shown in more than 170 exhibitions over the past decade.
