Oxnard Police Department – Incident Press Release

On October 30, 2020, Detectives from the Oxnard Police Department Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU) were conducting an investigation regarding narcotics sales occurring at the Oxnard Transit Center (OTC). During the investigation, detectives observed what appeared to be several narcotics transactions occurring at the bus platform of the OTC. With the assistance of K9 Leo, a traffic enforcement stop was conducted on a vehicle leaving the area of the narcotics activity. During a search incident to arrest, officers located Methamphetamine and US Currency consistent with the street sales of narcotics. Roach was charged with transportation and possession for sale of Methamphetamine, both felonies. He was booked into Ventura County Jail.
