Santa Paula Police Department – Incident Press Release
On Sunday November 1, 2020 at approximately 12:02am officers were on routine patrol in the 900 block of E. Main Street.
While the officer was driving eastbound on E. Main Street he observed a subject walking in front of a store with a large amount of shirts in his possession. The officer then noticed the door window of the business the subject was walking in front of was broken with a second subject inside the store. The officer then attempted to contact the subject outside the store believing he had interrupted a commercial burglary in progress, when the suspect fled westbound on E. Main Street. After a short foot pursuit the suspect was taken into custody to the rear of a business in the 100 block of North 8th Street. A search of the business was conducted by officers and K-9 “Raider”.
This revealed a second suspect who was attempting to hide in a rear stock room. Both suspects were taken into custody without further incident. Both suspects are 17 year old male Hispanic juveniles from the City of Santa Paula.
Both suspects were transported to Juvenile Hall for the crime of 459(a) PC – Burglary. One of the suspects was medically cleared prior to transport due to lacerations he received from breaking the door window.

Santa paula is mostly hispanic and white thats like you saying its always a black person in compton. and i seriously doubt the 0.01% of bad people in santa paula really reflect all of the town
