Joseph DeAngelo (the alleged “Golden State Killer”) was arraigned today. The court entered not guilty pleas and denied all special allegations on his behalf. A preliminary hearing is scheduled May 12, 2020, at 9:00 a.m. in Division Nine of the Sacramento County Superior Court. DeAngelo remains in custody without bail in the Sacramento County jail.
