State results:

It looks like the Prop 13 state school bond issue went down the tubes
The controversial Oxnard Measure B (“Oxnard Government Accountability And Ethics Act”) is winning big.
Bernie winning Dem primary in CA, followed by Biden, Bloomberg, Warren. Biden won most of primaries of Super Tuesday, followed by Sanders…..
BERNIE: CA, CO, UT, VT
BIDEN: AL, AR, MA, MN, NC, OK, TN, TX, VA
Trump has very little opposition on the Republican side nationally.

Santa Paula initiative to make elected Treasurer and City Clerk appointed instead of elected is too close to call.
Judges:
Volker (76%) over Zaehringer
Baelly (80%) over Pell
Dem and Rep Central Committee contests (Central Committees are the governing bodies over political parties. They are actually private organizations). These are real horse races and many are very close. We may report more later as results are more complete. One notable occurrence is that some of the Republican insurgents may prevail over the incumbents/preferred candidates endorsed by the party.
