911 At Ease International, Inc. (911AEI) is proud to announce it will be a Carry The Load non-profit partner for the 2022 Memorial May campaign.
As a part of Carry The Load’s Continuum of Care program, this partnership helps raise awareness and funds that are essential to helping our military, veterans, first responders and their families.
911 AEI plans to join Carry The Load this year at the Ventura County Carry the Load Rally, at the Channel Islands Marina (Harbor Blvd. & Bluefin Circle) in Oxnard, on Saturday, May 7th at 8:45 am.
“We are honored to partner with Carry the Load to remember the men and women who gave their lives while serving our country, both on the front lines and in our communities.” explained 911 AEI’s co-founder and CEO, Sgt. Mike McGrew. “This nationwide event allows supporters to show their appreciation to the first responders who risk their lives daily for their local communities, and an opportunity to celebrate the
true meaning of Memorial Day.”
Supporters are encouraged to join 911 AEI’s team to raise funds and participate throughout the month of May. One hundred percent of funds raised through 911AEI team page now through Memorial Day will go directly back to the organization to provide much needed services for our veteran and first responder communities.
“The funds we raise this year will allow us to continue to provide free, confidential, and trauma-informed counseling to the men and women who serve our communities everyday, and support our mission to keep our first responders strong,” said McGrew.
People of all ages can participate by walking with Carry The Load’s National Relay team, attending one of its 100 Rally locations, hosting a Carry It Anywhere event, organizing a youth Carry The Flag activity and fundraising for our nation’s heroes.
“We exist to unite the country through one common purpose of honoring the lives of those who have gone before us,” says Stephen Holley, co-founder, president and CEO of Carry The Load and veteran U.S. Navy SEAL. “This spirit of collaboration among our non-profit partners helps improve the lives of so many today and for years to come.”
