Revive Community Church hosts last community events of 2020 – El Rio

On Saturday December 19th and Monday December 21st, Revive Community Church blessed over 500 families in El Rio. Two community relief events that were our last of 2020.

We distributed over 200 boxes of food thanks to the City of Oxnard and Food Share of Ventura County as well as over 2,000 toys as part of our annual event called “Christmas Shoppe”. A special thanks to ActionVC and Ventura County Fire Department as well as many donations from various organizations, agencies, and individuals.

And we could not have done this without the generous financial support from our dedicated and longtime community partners John C. Zaragoza, Carmen Ramirez, County Schools Federal Credit Union, and PHP Agency.

And a special thank you to Logrando Bienestar and Ventura County Behavioral Health for educating our community about mental health and awareness.

Together we accomplish more! Let’s make our cities and our communities better.
