SATURDAY 11/9 – Precinct walk for Recall Ruth, RALLY featuring Larry O’Connor

The Recall Ruth effort is well underway – we’ve gathered thousands of signatures thanks to our dedicated volunteers. However, we need to get petitions in the hands of the thousands of Simi Valley residents who want Ruth Luevanos removed from office but who aren’t on social media to keep up with our petition signing events, so our focus is shifting to a door-to-door canvassing program to gather the remaining signatures we need to qualify the petition.

We’re sending out an SOS to Republican activists in the region and asking for your help by walking precincts, helping staff our new HQ, or making a financial contribution.

Especially in light of Katie Hill’s resignation, it’s CRITICAL that we all work together to turn back the tide of progressivism in Ventura County and ensure that Ruth Luevanos doesn’t make her way up the political ladder. We shudder at the possibility of Ruth Luevanos remaining on the City Council for two more years; imagine if we had to deal with Assemblywoman Luevanos?

NOW is the time to make sure that doesn’t happen.

Specifically, we need your help this Saturday, November 9, at two important events. 

The first is a canvassing/precinct walk event to gather signatures for Recall Ruth petitions, which starts at 9 am. We’re meeting at the brand-new Republican Values Center (2878 Cochran Ave) at 9 am, and after a brief training and organization meeting we’ll head out into the neighborhoods. All volunteers will receive a catered lunch back at the RVC starting at 1 pm.

Then, from 2 to 4pm(approximately), we’re holding a rally at the RVC featuring KABC talk radio host Larry O’Connor. Also speaking at the “Saving California STARTS in Simi Valley” rally will be Don Rosenberg, an angel parent whose son was killed by an illegal alien in San Francisco, Jennifer Van Laar, and multiple candidates for state and federal office. This event is open to the public, so invite your friends and neighbors!
