In this speech, Senator Ted Cruz states that the illegals crossing Texas borders is overwhelming that State. Some months over 100,000 illegals are apprehended. That begs the question: How many more made it through undetected?
Over 50% of single men illegally coming into Texas and stopped by Border Patrol have children with them. A fast DNA process proves that 30% of them bear no relation to the children, leaving authorities to suspect possible kidnapping or children sold by their parents.
As Senator Cruz states, the border towns, the entire State of Texas plus all border towns and States in the U.S. cannot afford to feed, house, and medically care for that many more people. He said Border Patrol no longer rides horses, they have to have motorized vehicles to transport many illegals to hospitals or emergency care.
Senator Cruz made it clear our U.S. cannot financially handle all the medical expenses or the continued population increases.
He introduced two different bills with financial solutions to building the much needed wall between us and Mexico. One proposes using drug cartel money.

Senator Cruz wrote that Congress has failed to secure our borders leaving the border cities to shoulder the heavy burden of tens of millions of dollars on illegals, including the cost of housing, food and medical for illegals coming in from Mexico. Also those communities have seen basic needs such as clean drinking water, power and public safety taxed to their limits.

Let’s face it, citizens: We are not able to take care of our own. We cannot continue to take care of the illegals. Our Country is drained. If you don’t believe that, check out what countries we are most in debt to: Russia and China. Think they’ll extend our credit if we start missing payments?
It’s about time someone put the true facts out there loud and clear – and thought of a way to finance the wall.
