Simi Valley Police Department – Incident Press Release
On 04/17/21 at 10:30 AM, SVPD officers responded to the CVS pharmacy located at 4440 Alamo St. on the report of a “shoplift in progress.” Upon arrival, a keenly astute patrol officer noticed a female subject matching one of the suspect descriptions entering what would soon turn out to be a stolen vehicle which was parked in the parking lot.
The suspect, 38 year old Los Angeles resident Adren Treadway, was taken into custody without incident. A male passenger in the vehicle was detained and later released.
Treadway was booked into the Ventura County Main Jail for one count each of VC 10851 (possession of a stolen vehicle) and PC 459.5 (shoplifting)
