Simi Valley | Amazon driver arrested for hit and run and DUI

Simi Valley Police Department – Incident Press Release

On July 1, 2021, at about 2:00 pm, Simi Valley police responded to the 2000 block of Avenida Vista Del Monte to investigate a hit and run collision. When officers arrived, they found that an Amazon delivery truck, actively working, was involved in a collision with a City of Simi Valley light pole in the area. The vehicle driven by 23-year-old Woodland Hills resident, Shai Filous, then fled the area only to return a short time later. When Filous returned he was involved in an additional hit and run collision with a parked and unoccupied vehicle.

Officers checking the area found the vehicle driving not far from the location of the collisions. At that point, officers successfully stopped the delivery vehicle and subsequently arrested Filous for two violations of misdemeanor hit and run and DUI drugs. Filous was also found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. No one was injured during this incident. Filous was booked at the Ventura County Jail.

GUESS this explains some of the late and missing deliveries from Amazon???
Abandon Amazon – they have grown too powerful, are not the great deals they once were, and now peddle cheap Chinese goods as “Favorites”…
    They are not our friends…
