The Simi Valley Police Department is hosting its quarterly Police Community Forum on Thursday, May 6, 2021 from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.   The Zoom meeting will also be broadcasted in Spanish. Chief David Livingstone and Commander Steve Shorts will be making a presentation on Hate Crime Investigations. Over the past year, the number of Hate Crimes and Incidents have increased in the United States at an alarming rate. The Police Department condemns all acts of hate and intolerance and the intent of this forum is to educate our community on what to do when confronted with a Hate Crime or Incident. At the conclusion of the presentation, community members will have the opportunity to submit questions related to the presentation to department staff.Â
Additional Information
