Simi Valley Police Department – Incident Press Release
In the early hours of July 6, a California Highway Patrol Sergeant made a traffic enforcement stop in the area of Tapo Canyon Road and Cochran Street. The suspect, later identified as 42 year old Elpidio Peralta-Antonio of Simi Valley, assaulted the Sergeant and fled. SVPD Officers responded to the area to assist in locating Peralta-Antonio.
SVPD Officers located Peralta-Anotnio in the area and took him into custody. Two SVPD Officers received minor injuries as a result of Peralta-Antonio resisting arrest. Peralta-Antonio was arrested for resisting arrest with violence and battery on a peace officer on the CHP Sergeant and SVPD Officers. CHP took custody of Peralta-Antonio and booked him at Ventura County Jail.
It does not matter Mr. Boyer what his last name is! If he assaulted an officer, lock him up!
Because the Dems had created a Sanctuary State; we wonder if the suspect if an American or an Illegal alien? The Illegals are a slander on Americans w/ Latino names. If there were no Illegals allowed, we would not ‘wonder” as to this or any other criminal.
End the Sanctuary State Rebellion.
Many reasons to arrest. This is a reason to keep locked up. Are they to release him because he might get sick!
