The National Weather Service has issued a warning of the return of the Santa Ana winds. The agency predicts high winds for Los Angeles and Ventura Counties. They also caution against driving high profile vehicles with gusts hitting up to 45 miles per hour in Ventura and up to 60 miles per hour in Santa Barbara and Los Angeles Counties. The wind is predicted to start after 2am Monday morning. The warning will expire at 3pm Monday afternoon.
