• Understanding what is the role of the EIPCa election observer and their experiences
• Candidates Plaintiffs in our federal lawsuit speak why they got involved in this civil action
• What is EIPCa requesting the federal court with our legal action
• Listen to the latest updates on the lawsuit.

We encourage people to bring their family members, Bring friends, Bring Neighbors and your co-workers.  

This is the only lawsuit currently in the State of California that is requesting to look at the unconstitutionality of laws and regulations that exist in the state of California.  We are requesting for us to have availability to do forensic audits for the November 2020 election.  We seek to work to ensure the rights of each and every citizen their right to choose our representatives by fair, honest elections, regardless of political persuasion, guaranteed under the US Constitution.
